Balanced Experience at the Resort

wide selection amazing location rude reception missing amenities

The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of high quality food and drinks. The staff were lovely and catered to all of our needs throughout the trip. The location is amazing as it's close to beach clubs, restaurants, spas, and shopping.

The reception was rude upon check in. My parents room was incomplete. There were no amenities.

the pools were fantastic. i especially liked the variety of three different pool areas. the breakfast selection was abundant with fabulous staff. i also enjoyed the great selection buffet!!!

i noticed very slight wear and tear in some areas, though it didn't significantly impact my stay.

The staff demonstrated genuine care . The breakfast buffet offered diverse options, including gluten-free alternatives. I also appreciated convenient hotel-organized activities such as the sunrise tour. I made use of the gym which has treadmills and stationary bikes.

perfect holiday in bali!

this resort is wonderful. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a good time. there are three pools, two have areas that are child-friendly and a bar serves them. the hotel is centrally located within 15 minutes from the square. there is a convenience store across the road. a bigger one two minutes away!

the cleanliness of the room was not good. towels were refreshed daily, but often i did not find a full-size towel, bathmat, or face washer. i noticed a bad sewerage smell outside my room that was stronger after rain. the hotel was full, so i couldn't move rooms.

the staff were very attentive. breakfast was nice with lots of choice. there were three swimming pools, all well-kept.

the room had a musty smell. the balcony flooded when it rained. the shower temperature was not consistent.

The hotel is nestled within a fine tropical garden. The rooms are lovely and the beds provide such comfort. The staff impressed me with their really good service and dedication. I found the breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious options.

The path to my room was uneven cobblestone. Rolling a suitcase was difficult and I worried about damaging the wheels.
